At Softwoods, n8n carries the repeated movement between the online store and the existing operating record.

The system's place

The workflow became the hand-off.

n8n moves product, price, weight and order data between the store and Pronto. It keeps the operating systems in step while each remains responsible for its own record.

Before

Orders were re-keyed and product updates depended on repeated manual movement between systems.

What changed

Kaizen built the integration workflows in n8n and tested the live product flow before cut-over.

Recorded result

Orders now move without re-keying. About 1,700 products price-sync every six hours, within a project accepted on 20 August 2026.
