Work

Work that no longer depends on one person.

See the work before Kaizen, what runs now, what people still decide and the result we can prove.

How to read each project

Every project answers four questions.

The job comes first. The software is only part of the answer.

  1. 01
    Before

    What was happening before?

Who did the work, and how?

  2. 02
    Now

    What runs now?

How the job now gets done.

  3. 03
    People

    What do people still decide?

The judgement that stays with people.

  4. 04
    Proof

    What changed?

    The result we can prove.

01Client project

Flyte Plastics

Raw-material ordering

Read the full project

What changed

Flyte no longer spends hours checking resin orders by hand.

Before Kaizen
Two senior people checked supplier prices, stock, production demand and their ordering spreadsheet. They then entered each purchase order by hand.
What runs now
Each morning, the system checks 335 materials and prepares draft purchase orders for review.
People still decide
Flyte reviews exceptions and approves every purchase order.
Result
Flyte estimates the system gives senior staff about 20 hours back each week. It went live on 9 July 2026, but formal sign-off was still pending at the last update.

Softwoods

Orders and freight

Read the full project

What changed

Softwoods staff no longer re-key online orders or calculate every freight charge by hand.

Before Kaizen
Staff re-entered each online order. One person held the freight rules.
What runs now
The website now sends orders, customer pricing and freight details into Pronto.
People still decide
Sales staff handle pricing exceptions and commercial decisions.
Result
The storefront went live without downtime. Softwoods accepted all 81 delivery items with no issues recorded. We do not have a measured time saving per order.

03Client project

Coast to Coast RV Services

Warranty and sales operations

What changed

Warranty requests are now tracked from the first call into Greentree.

Before Kaizen
Service requests, warranty claims and sales work arrived through calls, inboxes and spreadsheets.
What runs now
Staff can track warranty requests, cases and parts through one process before the work moves into Greentree. Kaizen rolled out the sales app in stages.
People still decide
Service staff assess claims, approve outcomes and handle exceptions.
Result
The service system went live on 30 April 2026. The sales app was live across three states by the end of May.

Gannon Lifestyle Communities

Resale process

What changed

Gannon's resale process no longer depends on one person.

Before Kaizen
One person kept track of every step, document and fee calculation for 90 to 100 resales a year.
What runs now
Each resale now moves through clear stages, generated documents, approvals and a settlement checklist.
People still decide
Staff approve documents, make commercial decisions and handle exceptions.
Result
The new process went live in March 2026. The settlements team said it was easier to use.

05Client project

Evidentia Group

iRate subscription sales

What changed

iRate subscription sales no longer rely on spreadsheets and manual tracking.

Before Kaizen
Selling iRate across two businesses relied on spreadsheets, manual tracking and hand-offs between separate Salesforce systems.
What runs now
A two-way Salesforce connection moves subscription updates between the two systems and adds or removes user access when subscriptions change.
People still decide
Evidentia's sales team still makes each sale. The integration only moves the subscription information and user access.
Result
In August 2026, Evidentia reported that its sales team could sell iRate through the new connection, without spreadsheets or manual tracking.

06Client project

Weber

Service and warranty operations

What changed

Weber can now follow a service request from the first call through to field work.

Before Kaizen
Thousands of calls had no useful tag. Service, warranty and field work also crossed several systems.
What runs now
Calls and service requests now become cases. Each case has an owner and a clear escalation path. Field work stays connected to the case.
People still decide
Teams diagnose faults, decide warranty outcomes, complete field work and handle escalations.
Result
The service and field-work systems went live first. The service agent followed in January 2025.

What we can prove

We only publish results we can back up.

Every result on this page comes from a dated delivery record, written client acceptance or confirmation from the people doing the work.

We leave out proposals and unfinished projects. If we do not have a measurement, we do not make one up.
